Celips organizes COMPLETELY FREE courses of professional formation because it is financed by public funds.

But are these courses really completely FREE?
Sure, these courses do not have any extra charge on the student because they are entirely financed by public Institutions (European Social Fund, Ministry of Labour, Apulia Region, Province of Bari or Foggia, etc.). Our job, therefore, is compensated by the European Union or by a statal or local institution. You will not have to pay any fee, neither for registration nor participation.

Will You refund me also the transportation CHARGES?
In most courses, the public Institutions preview also the reimbursement of the costs that the students pay to travel from their house to the center of Celips by bus or train.

But is it true that the CELIPS pays the STUDENTS?
In reality it is not that Celips pays the students but the public institution that finances the course. However it is true, in most of the courses that students are expected to receive a frequency indemnity that can go up to 5 euro an hour. But do your courses truly teach us something ?
The courses organized by Celips have been examinated and authorized by the public institution that finance them, and this provides warranties in the offer´s quality . Celipa has been operating and preparing students since 1986 in order to place them in the workfield, our seriousness and dedication is recognized in primis from our former-students. Our teachers, at last, must respect the standards set up by the institution that finances.

I´m fed up of theory, will I learn something more practical?
In all our specialized courses a period of stage in a company is expected and is finalized in the teaching of a specific profession. Moreover the hours in the classroom have a practical cut, more than the usual University classrooms.
What´s the difference between a professional formation and a specialization course?
The specialization course prepares the students to carry out intellectual duties or directional duties, those of professional formation prepare the students in technical or mostly manual jobs.

What are the bench marks of Celips action?
The Celips operates the following tested outlines that preview activities such as:
• orientation, guidelines, instruction, education, professional formation;
• counselling, certification of competences, insertion in the worlk-place;
• participation in plans and actions involved in international, communitarian, national, regional and local Programs and access to relative finances;
• actions in partnership with national and international organizations;
• favoring the promotion of the Mediterranean culture, society, and economy;
• studies, analysis and researches.

Are you specialized in a specific field?
Celips formative proposals in the last quarter of century have been concentrated in a particolar way in the following fields:

Is your center appropriate for the courses?
Of course. The centers located in Bari and Foggia are equipped with classrooms and laboratories adequate for the formative actiivity.
